Heroin Discovery in Jammu and Kashmir
On Saturday, authorities reported the recovery of approximately 500 grams of heroin from a village in the Samba district, which is adjacent to the international border. This operation was carried out by a special task force of the local police.
According to officials, a local resident informed them that a suspicious drone, believed to have originated from Pakistan, dropped a yellow packet shortly after midnight. Following this information, a search operation was promptly initiated, leading to the seizure of the packet containing the heroin.
